IP Addresses

Throughout this short course, we will look at IP Addresses and how they are used, how they function and why.

If you are in the IT industry in any way, you should have the fundamental knowledge of IP Addresses.  As the world (and not only the world) moves more towards networked and internet based services, understanding how they are connected is vital.

IP address to name?

This short course will also look at the naming system and help you understand what is going on, how computers “think” (we mean work!) and how they are really communicating.

Of course we will challenge you a little bit, give you hints on working thing our easier (a bit like a computer) and hopefully cement the understanding.
