This course is created by Ana-Maria Ciui — a qualified modern-languages teacher in a UK state secondary school and a GCSE examiner. The lessons reflect what actually earns marks at Foundation and Higher level.

It is built to the structure and rigour of GCSE preparation — vocabulary, grammar, listening, reading, writing and speaking — covering the essential themes and skills, with content for both Foundation and Higher.

Its aim is to give learners a complete grounding in Romanian: solid communication skills and the confidence to use the language in academic and real-life settings.

We also actively support recognition of Romanian in the British education system, and campaign for students to have access to study and certification at the highest possible level.
